5Good Tire.. Reflective stripe.
By Greg
I am happy with this tire purchase.. The reflective stripe adds safety to the tire. I put the 700x42mm on a 29er MTB... A little more tire width wouldnt have hurt... But for me- its 90% pavement riding. Posted a picture.

4Incredibly durable and heavy!
By Matt
I've ridden approximately 1500 miles on these tire mainly on a urban commute. The rear tire will need replacement in about 500-1000 more miles, meanwhile the front tire shows minimal wear. I have had *zero* punctures with these tires. Traction is good. It can handle pavement well and corners with confidence. It also gets acceptable traction on hard pack and crushed rock paths.
I've run between 55 and 20 psi, and the sweet spot for me on a 45lb loaded commuting bike is about 40psi.
These tires are also incredibly heavy, at 900g measured. Once spun up they roll well, but you can feel the extra mass.

5Great Tire - commuting or light trail
By C. J. Ervin
I have a 29'er, which is a mountain bike that uses road bike rims (why they needed a new term, I don't know). These tires fit my 700c rims great and cover all my basic commuting needs as well as light trail riding with the family. They have very low rolling resistance given their size and appear to be set to last a long time. I have seven bikes and a slew of tires and have riden many many miles. If I were touring again I would think about these on my touring bike!
